Great quality, quick delivery
I ordered a set of the Scalloped Edge Napkins for a dinner party. The website was easy to navigate and the pictures were accurate. They shipped quickly, arrived in 4 days, and the packaging was nice. Lovely tea towels, small issue
I got a couple of the striped tea towels and a canvas apron. They arrived pretty fast, about 5 days, and everything was packaged well. The tea towels are really nice, very absorbent, and the colors are vibrant, just like on the site. My only minor gripe is the sizing on the apron; it ran a bit smaller than I expected for a 'one size' item. Still, the quality of both items is great, and I'd consider buying from them again for other linens. Good value overall.
Nice linens, slow support
I purchased the Holiday Napkins and a matching table runner. The quality of the fabric is really good, they feel luxurious, and the colors are true to the photos online. I had a question about washing instructions that wasn't clear on the product page, so I emailed customer service. It took them almost three days to get back to me, which was a bit slow. Once they did respond, the answer was helpful. Shipping was pretty standard, took about a week to get to me in California. I'm happy with the actual products, but the customer service could be a little quicker on responses.
